Hannah nodded earnestly. “Don’t worry, boss, I understand.”

Henry stayed silent, but he made a mental note of it. Since Aurora had mentioned it specially, it was obviously something important to her.

At the gate, Lucas and Megan remained standing like two wooden posts.

Megan’s legs were already starting to go numb, but when she glanced at Lucas, who was still standing straight as a board, she quickly straightened her own posture again.
