"How did you know?" Drake was surprised.

"How else would I know? I asked Lara," Debra replied.

Earlier, she had been recovering in the hospital, and everyone else had been busy with work. No one had paid attention to what Drake had been doing.

"I came back to handle work, not to look for anything," Drake replied, looking away. "I didn't take anything from them. Their intel was wrong. I lied to them just to buy time."

"Come on. Do you know I'd believe that?" Debra scoffed. "What exactly did you hide?"

"What, are you interrogating me now?" Drake clamped up.

Debra wanted to give him a piece of her mind, but Marion stepped in, pressing a hand on her shoulder.

"I've got ways of making him talk," he said.

"Alright, enjoy your chat. I'll go get some water," she said, standing up.

Drake looked up and saw Marion's serious expression.

He huffed, "Come on. Do you have to do this?"

"I have since you didn't cooperate." Debra waved her hand, leaving the room.

Marion pulled up a chair and sat down. "So, are you gonna talk, or do I need to ask?"

Drake saw his determination and leaned back against the head of the bed.

Before Drake could retort, Debra came back.

"I gave you guys three minutes. Still nothing?" she said, handing a glass of water to Marion.

The other glass remained in her hand.

Drake cleared his throat. "We've got a patient here."

"Oh, right. The nurse is bringing you water," Debra scoffed, taking a sip from her glass. "Won't mess up anything."

Drake realized she was doing it on purpose.
