"Sera!" Kurt grabbed my hand and directed me to a empty space which had a shelves of weights on the side and yoga mats. Kurt pulled out 2 yoga mats and put one in the front of the other. "This one's for you," he pointed to the one in front of me. "And I'll use this one, we're going to do some warm ups."
"Cool, what're we doing?" I placed my feet on each side of the mat and glanced up at him.
"Let's start with 50 squats, 50 mountain climbers, 50 crutches, 50 push ups, 50 burpees, and a 5 minute plank to finish it all off."
"That many?" I looked at him incredulously and my mouth gaped open. That was a lot of exercising, even for a werewolf.
"That's nothing, it's an easy warm up," Kurt flexed his humongous muscles and laughed at my pouting face.
When I was done with the warm ups, Kurt had already been using a few of the weights on the sides because he had already finished with all of them way before me.
"I'm," I huffed a breath and pushed my hair behind my forehead. "Done." Sweat was running down my neck and I felt gross. Luckily, the workout clothes had somehow absorbed the sweat and because they were black, they didn't show any sweat stains.
"Good warm up, eh?" Kurt teased me. I groaned and ran my hands across my face. "Let's move to the treadmills."
"Treadmills, yay." I was a little bit happier, because running was my forte, but my whole body felt weak after the so called "easy" work out.
But before I could reach the treadmills, my hand was grabbed harshly and I was pulled around to face someone who looked very familiar.
"Hi, Sera," they said.
Nate's POV
I was talking to one of my warriors outside of the training room, named Ryder, about one of the issues with our cells. Some of the them weren't locking properly, which was a big problem.
"Well I was thinking that we could-" he was interrupted when I turned around sharply in the middle of his talking. I turned around and my eyes flashed black once I saw Sera's wrist in the clasp of a man's. I angrily ran up to them and pulled the man away from her.
"Ease off, will you?" he gasped out as my hand tightened on his neck. I could tell by his face slowly changing color that his air was being cut off.
"You'll disappear by tomorrow, or else I will kill you," I pushed him on the ground, and he desperately gasped for air as he lay on the ground. I could always kill him now, but I was feeling generous, and I wanted to get back to Sera. Killing him would cause me to have to bring his body somewhere, and I could kill him easily if I got the chance.
Sera's POV
Kurt lead me to Nate and I's bedroom. During our walk, I was silently staring at the back of his head and mumbling to myself about Nate.
"Stay here, you can do anything, just stay here, Nate will kill me if you leave," Kurt tried to make puppy eyes at me, but I ended up laughing instead of feeling sad. Kurt was a humongous man, and because his face was the shape of a square, his eyes ended up looking like tiny little raisins on his face.
"Sure Kurt," I walked to the bed and fell backwards. I laid with my back on the bed and glanced at the ceiling.
"Sera!" I sat up as I saw Kurt run over to me and push me behind him. He pulled a gun out and I looked around him to see Derek pointing a gun at us.
