Ryder was suffering because he wasn’t exactly an intellectual. He had the 

guts to do whatever he wanted when in a fit of rage, but when the deed was 

done, he would not know what to do to de–escalate the situation. 

“5,000, now! Give that to me and I’ll forget about the whole thing. Otherwise, 

I’ll call my parents! You abused me! I will be seeing you in court!” Abellyn 

demanded hotly. 

“5,000? I don’t have that kind of money!” 

“I know that you were paid just two days ago. Give that to me, now!”
