Caden shot him a penetrating look. "Are you sure you hate her?"

"If you really hated her that much, you would have already sent men to hunt her down and kill her," Caden pointed out calmly.

But he hadn't. That very morning, Fairfax had recalled every single operative he had out looking for her.
