"I'm definitely not staying with him!" Tanya snapped. "After that measly hundred-dollar insult, his true colors are right out in the open. He dropped a massive bomb on me, and his intentions are crystal clear. If I stick around and force this relationship, I'd just be making a fool of myself."

Starla took a deep breath. "The Lynn family hasn't even sorted out their own internal mess yet, and you're going to be ready to pop."

Starla knew exactly how these elite families operated. The Lynns wouldn't compromise or lower their standards for Tanya just because she was pregnant. And Darian? He was refusing to let her have an abortion, but he certainly didn't have the power to force his family to accept her.
