"Start with the good," I said quickly, needing something positive to latch onto.

"The good news is that Sienna has been indicted. This time, no one’s paying her bail. She’ll be going to jail soon."

I felt a wave of relief wash over me. Finally. Sienna was going to pay for everything she’d done. "That’s… that’s great," I murmured, still trying to process the fact that it was really happening.

The thought of her behind bars brought a smile to my face, and I couldn’t help but think about how justice was finally catching up with her.

The lawyer nodded, but his expression remained serious. "Now for the bad news."

I tensed. "What is it?"
