"Evey please not now." My wolf finally decided to shut up so I could calm down. That beautiful man was supposedly my mate? Why was the moon goddess so cruel to him? No one wanted me as a mate. I wasn't pretty by any means and I wasn't the strong person I was supposed to be. I was sure next time I saw that man he would reject me. My wolf whimpered at the thought.

All night I was tossing and turning in my bed thinking about the man who claimed to be my mate. Sleep evaded me for what seemed like forever. It wasn't until about five am I actually fell asleep. Even then my alarm went off at eight and I still had to pack for a few days at Alpha Michaels territory. Once I was all packed I went to shower and do my hair. Usually my hair was wavy because it was usually in a ballet bun everyday, but because I was meeting an Alpha I had to look better then I usually did.

I took my curling iron to my hair and put some soft curls in it. It was still warm for September so I picked a white, thin strap, flowy, dress that fell to just below my knees. Make up was the one thing I put on myself on a daily bases. In the makeup department I went simple. I just threw on some foundation, eyeliner, mascara, and a hint of blush on. My shoes were just simple sliver short heals. The one thing I wore no matter what outfit I had on was a necklace my mom gave me. It was a long thin silver chain and a round silver pendent that fell to the middle of my chest.

Once I heard two male voices downstairs I took one last look at myself in the mirror. Once I was sure I was presentable I left the comfort of my room. The agony already filled my bones. No dancing for three days. It would be torture. This wasn't the first time I've gone days without dancing. My father and Alpha Michaels were talking as I walked into the living room. "This is my daughter Abigail. She is the one we decided to accompany you." My father introduced me.

The first thing I saw was the peak of an angel wing tattoo on a part of his shoulder his shirt didn't cover. The minuet he turned around I couldn't conceal the shock on my face.

Theo Michaels is my mate.

Theo gave me a smile and right away I blushed and retreated into my shell. "It's nice to meet you Alpha Michaels." I whispered. His laugh was music in my ears. It was sweet like my favorite desert. "Your daughter is a shy one isn't she Beta Mason?" My father sort of smiled. "Yes. Mostly around strangers though." I could see the smirk playing on Alpha Michaels lips.

"Abigail, why don't you go pack more of your stuff. That way you can move in with your mate right away." I easily nodded basically submitting and went to pack more of my stuff. What I had already packed were dresses and skirts. The very first thing I packed was my usual clothes. Mostly leggings and shirts that were made for dancing. I also packed some more skirts and dresses and other tops.

Next was all my dance stuff. My shoes were the most important. For good measure I also packed my drawing stuff. My suitcase was big so I only had that and my dance sports bag to take with me. I would be leaving home and never coming back. "We get to be with mate. You should be happy." Evey had a point but it was still my life I was changing. "Evey what do we do?" I could feel my wolf smile. "Be happy with mate."

I went downstairs with my stuff and saw my dad. James had come home early form school and was confused. "Abbie, where you going?" My brother had always wanted to be beta but wouldn't say it out loud. I went to hug him good bye. "Be a good beta. Be a better one I would have been." After we hugged I hugged my dad he smiled. "Goodbye Abigail. I'll see you later. Don't get into too much trouble and for goddess sakes get outside." I smiled and nodded.
