Laken only had a few more weeks left, and the doctor said to be expecting any moment. Just in case, we already had her over night bag in the car, with the babies clothes and hers.

She still hadn't told me the names she wanted for them, she claims its a surprise.

"I'm sorry. I'm driving you crazy Huh? I can't help it though, I'm sorry." My little mate says kissing my shirt covered shoulder.

"Baby girl, you are fine. I don't mind at all. I love you like this okay? You should be pregnant more often." I say the last part excitingly, kissing her ear.

She growls,"You wish Mr."

"Oh, more like I know missy."

Just then we heard a bunch of giggles from the hallway. Both of us look up from our spot on the couch and spot our mothers huddled together, spying on us.

"Mom!" I groan, throwing my head back on the couch.

"I'm sorry! You two are just so sweet together. Oh I can't wait till you get married, can't you Emma?" My mother says, before looking at Laken's mom.

"Oh I know it will be beautiful! Oh maybe a summer wedding! So the babies can be in cute matching outfits, and maybe by a beach!"

Our mothers giggled and gushed on and on about how our wedding would be, and that's when it hit me. I haven't asked Laken to marry me yet.

Idiot my wolf grumbles.

Shut up. We need to figure out how.

Get on one knee. Ask her. Then ravish he after she says yes. Easy.

Whatever, no it has to be special, but I do however, like the ravishing part. We need to get a ring.

I smiled as the idea hit me then that I needed a ring now.

Hey mom, send me on an errand. Also keep Laken busy. I mind link my mom

I need to go to the ring shop.

Squealing my mom quickly thinks up an errand for me to run.

"Hey Austin sweetie, will you run to town and get me some things?" His mom asks.

"Yeah sure thing. What all do you need?"

She brings to list off some things randomly and smiles at the end of it all.

"What? No! I totally forgot about school! It's almost October! How could I forget that I have missed two months of school already?" I ask, pulling my coat tighter around me.

"Oh, baby it's fine. I mean I here to take care of you, so please don't worry about school. I don't ever want you to have to work!"

I only laughed at him as he smiled back at me. He was perfect, that was for sure.

"So what is the dress code for this date?" I ask putting quotation marks around the word date.

"Well I was going for nice slash casual. So maybe one of your new, cute maternity dresses, and whatever else."

I smiled at him hardly hearing all he was saying. I stared at his face as he talked and memorized the way his eyes and the corners of his lips crinkled when he smiled or laughed. Oh and when the wind blew, his nose wiggled cutely. Gosh he was beautiful! I could just-

"What are you staring at cutie?" Austin asks tugging me closer.

"Nothing you're just cute that's all." I say with a smile.

Austin just laughs and kisses my forehead.

"Okay, when should I be ready for this date?" I ask reaching up to kiss his chin.

"Hmm 7:30 sound good?" Austin asks raising his eyebrow.
