"You always surprise me. I didn't know he was your cousin." She covered her mouth.
"I don't have anything to wear!"
"Don't worry about it. When you get off work, you will. Oh, I guess I should ask first. Are you coming over?"
She blushed, running her fingers through my hair. "Yes, I'll be over."
My hands massaged her waist.
"Hayden, what are you working on."
"I'm analyzing the stock market."
Lydia listened to me describe what I do for a living.
An hour later Valen and I were eating lunch at Aria's in Buckhead. Valen is a big guy. He can put away some food. He's 6'1", a body builder type of guy. When he isn't working for me he's working out.
My last stop before heading home was visiting the make-up specialist. Sitting for two hours until he was done molding the mask to my face. I waited for the last finishing touches to be completed.
"Mr. Gaster, Mr. Johansen ordered two more masks for you. They will be ready in two days."
I glanced back at him. "I will send Valen to pick them up."
We shook hands. "Nice doing business with you."
"Likewise," I replied.
A shower and a stiff drink was what I needed after a long day.
HAYDEN
"Oh, my God!" I heard rang out from the living room. Tapping the security camera on my cell, I watched Lydia hold one hand over her mouth, while brushing through the large rack of clothes. I placed my paint brush down, then walked out of my art studio toward the living room. The bright recessed lights beamed down on Lydia as she continued combing through the clothes.
Her eyes met mine as I entered the room. "What is all of this?"
I smirked. "Clothes, shoes, and accessories."
Her eyebrow arched. "You think you're so fucking funny."
I tried pushing the image of my woman swinging from a strip pole naked earlier today. Making that deal with her boss was worth having her to myself for days at a time. I would do it all over again, even offer more money. This woman should never dance on anyone's pole.
I lied to Lydia for the first time. I didn't want her thinking I was going to continue beating men up over her.
I turned Lydia to face the rack as I stood behind her grabbing dresses for her to try on. "I didn't know your size, so I told Ms. Novak to send dresses in three different sizes. I knew your shoe size."
Lydia found the same dresses I selected from the rack in her size then scurried into the bedroom closet. I stood at the bedroom window gawking at the crowds of people walking the vibrant streets through rich Buckhead.
Lydia appeared in the dark denim dress falling right below her knees, three quarter inch sleeves, form fitting all those gorgeous curves. A large bow rested on the side of her neck. A pair of nude Jimmy Choos made her outfit almost complete. She turned in the mirror admiring her beauty. This is how she should dress every day. I want her on my arm when I attend every benefit, concert, trip out of town, what the fuck ever. She is a vision of beauty and she is all mine.
"Lydia, you look beautiful!" I stood behind her wrapping her in my arms, stealing glimpsing of her in the mirror."
She blushed. "Thank you. Hayden, I'm going to take a shower."
Lydia sat on the bed oiling her skin. I walked into the bedroom wearing only a towel around my waist, drying my hair with another. I tossed the towel aside, removing the body butter from her hand. "Hayden, what are you doing?"
"Moisturizing your skin."
Her eyes carried mischief. "Is that all?"
I stood, dropping the towel. "Are you ready to take this dick? If you are, I'll cancel dinner."
