Isabel walked over. “Do you need something?”

She smiled. “Why the sudden change of heart about the divorce?”

Isabel didn’t want to waste words on her. “Since you know I’m not getting a divorce, then I own half of this residence. As an outsider, you should show some manners.”

Catherine wasn’t offended. After all, things were developing according to her wishes. She glanced at the dining room again and said, “Since it’s New Year's, and you haven’t managed to marry Julian, and Kate Caldwell isn’t celebrating with you either, I’ll share some good news.”

“Over there,” she pointed. “Mr. and Mrs. Ashford are your biological parents.”

Isabel was stunned. “What are you talking about? Are you crazy?”

Catherine took out her phone. “Remember when you used the identity of Isabel Ashford to evade the investigation? I had your DNA tested then. To be on the safe side, I also tested you against Mr. and Mrs. Ashford.”
