She went back inside, took a shower, read for a bit, and went to sleep.

It was only the next day at the lab, when Dylan told her that the Walsh’s herb garden had terminated their partnership, that she finally understood the true meaning of Adrian's words from the night before.

Dylan ignored her, refused the coffee, and pulled Isabel away.

Isabel was still thinking about the herb garden.

She had already agreed to go to Halcyon Hills Residence to see Oliver. She would bring it up with Adrian when she saw him.
