"With due respect Mr Fitzpatrick, I called this meeting for us to discuss this issue. If I had a solution to it I would have done it myself."She said dangerously quietly.

Mr Fitzpatrick shifted uncomfortably on his chair and nodded his head.

"So does anyone have a suggestion?"Alicia asked.

The door was pushed open and Albert Young and his secretary walked inside the room.

Everybody stood up as he walked closer to the table, Alicia bowed her head lowly as Albert Young sat down on his chair.

"I am sending you to Paris for a week, Director Young."Albert Young said, Alicia widened her eyes and glanced around the table.

"But grandfather, I can't leave the company like this. I have to stay here and control everything."She told her grandfather.

"Mason will be in charge until you get back."

Alicia gasped loudly, how could her grandfather suggest such a thing when he knew that the first thing her father will do when he takes charge is to plot against her.

Could it be that her grandfather is testing her?

Why would he test her?

Alicia sat down inside her office, her thoughts were everywhere. She was confused and most of all mad at her grandfather for not giving her a head start. If he told her about his decision earlier before the board meeting she wouldn't have embarrassed herself.

"Merde. (Fuck)."She cursed in Italian. She stroked her fingers on her long black hair and bit on her lips.
