Natalie was taken aback. Matthew was calling just to ask about her divorce.

Natalie glanced at the divorce papers on her desk and said with a smile, "It's true, Mr. Monroe."

Matthew said, "Natalie, let's have dinner tonight. To celebrate."

"Mr. Monroe, I have to work late tonight. Tomorrow night, there's a banquet hosted by a chairman that I have to attend. How about the day after tomorrow? I'm free that evening."

Matthew chuckled. "Natalie, the day after tomorrow is New Year's Eve. Are you asking me to celebrate the New Year with you?"
