Matthew was dressed in a light gray casual outfit, which gave him a youthful air.

Natalie was a bit tired after walking for two hours.

She waited for him at the entrance, and when he arrived, she greeted him with a smile. "Mr. Monroe, you look very handsome today."

Matthew looked down at his casual clothes and smiled back. His smile was dazzling, and the tips of his ears quietly turned red. Being complimented by a woman always felt different.

He was nothing like Sebastian. Sebastian was too brooding. When he was in a good mood, he might say a few extra words. When he was in a bad mood, he wouldn't say a thing all day, let alone smile. Sometimes she wondered if Sebastian even knew how to smile.

Most of the time, she was the one trying to make him laugh, but he would just stare at her coldly, completely clueless about romance.

Matthew led her in. "You're right. And you went diving in this cold weather just a few days ago. Did you catch a cold?"

Natalie shook her head. "No, I took some medicine when I got home, so I didn't get sick. I was just really tired."

Matthew understood. "I remember I went sea fishing last year and caught a huge GT. The pull is terrifying. I have no idea how you managed to catch all that tuna and haul them ashore."

Matthew watched her bright, dazzling smile and readily agreed. "Great. My grandfather told me he often heard your grandfather mention his three grandsons. He said they're all exceptional. I'd like to meet them too."

Natalie was thrilled. She would introduce her eldest brother to Matthew as soon as he returned.

But she still didn't dare let Joanna find out. For some reason, that woman hated her with a passion, and she hated everyone close to her.

The two ordered their favorite dishes, and once the food arrived, they ate and talked cheerfully.

Sebastian sat at a nearby table, watching Natalie's radiant, captivating smile. After Joanna returned, he had never again seen such a bright smile on Natalie's face.
