"Give the girl a break, J." Kira backs me up and bounds over and enthusiastically wraps her arms round my fragile body. I return the hug and we stand there for a while, muttering under our breath to each other before untangling ourselves.
I turn my attention to Blake and we rush to one another, this separation taking a toll on each other as we've never been separated for this long since we've met. Unshed tears in his eyes now falling as I embrace him and his shoulders shake slightly from his crying. I look upto his face and wipe away his tears and he nods down at me.
I swiftly hug Nick, Jackson and even Theo opens his arms for a hug and I appreciate the gesture. I feel Ashton's eyes on me but he knows I need this and to not interfere in these innocent actions.
We spend the rest of the day chatting and catching up on missed time. The evening mirroring the one that I left on.
I slowly glance up at Ashton and see his smiling form and his eyes then move down to mine and I beam up at him and then continue to look around the room. Everyone smiling and laughing, our lives in the present, free from threat and fear.

"Oi Ad, are you even listening?" Jackson questions with humour laced in his voice while he prods my forehead.
I look back upto him and stutter my reply, "Erm, y-yes. Why would you think otherwise?"
"Erm because you don't even know what I've been speaking to you about for this whole conversation and you've looked nowhere but your twiddling fingers." He replies and I immediately stop moving my fingers.
I sigh tiredly and apologise, "Sorry, I just haven't been getting much sleep for the past couple of days, you know with Ashton being gone and everything."
He shakes his head and rubs my back soothingly, "Don't worry, I understand."
I nod and rest my head on his shoulder, I huff slightly and add, "My wolf still hasn't communicated me. I'm just so worried and I don't know what will trigger her to talk to me."
He continues to run his hands down my back, in a friendly manner and he replies softly, "She's there but she's just recovering. Don't you worry your pretty little head."
I chuckle lightly and then move out of his arms and offer, "Would you like some food?"
"How can I say no to that my dear Luna?" He responds with a rhetorical question and I walk over to the cupboards and gather the kitchen utensils that will enable me to make the food.
Liquid finally starts spewing out of my mouth and splatters into the toilet. I hear the door click open but I can't protest to the intruder as vomit is leaving my body.
"Sshhh honey, get it out. You're nearly there." Kira soothes. One hand pressing firmly but weirdly at the same time, softly. The other holding my hair from being covered in my breakfast and dinner from the past few days.

Once I stop heaving, Kira grabs a wet cloth and cleans up my state. My face now clean of any remains of food and my hair slicked and tied into a top knot.
I flush the toilet and wearily walk to the counter and wash my hands and look at my appearance in the mirror.
My skin seems slightly paler and the bags under my eyes now black rimmed and my eyes a light shade of red. I look awful.
I catch the eyes of Kira and swiftly turn to face her and hug her, "Thank you so much, I don't know what overcame me." I mutter and she laughs softly with light concern.
