"He's doing okay. You don't have to worry." Alyssa forced a bright smile, hiding the sorrow in her heart. "Damien, Miley and Jeremy are here to see you. Miley is the sixth eldest, and Jeremy is her husband."

"The sixth eldest…" Remy murmured, a faint glimmer appearing in his eyes.

Alyssa stifled a laugh. "She's the sixth eldest to me, but she's your younger sister, Damien."

Remy stepped out of the ward, his steps heavy. The moment he saw Miley's tear-filled eyes and heard her call his name in a trembling voice, tears streamed down his face before he even realized it.

Miley opened her arms wide and pulled him into a tight embrace. Her tears soaked into his shoulder, the warmth seeping through and reaching his heart. "I missed you so much… Welcome home…"

"Welcome home, Damien. We've all been waiting for you."

Jeremy's eyes brimmed with tears too. Despite being the president of a nation, he couldn't hold back his emotions in that moment.
