"No." She shook her head almost immediately, deflating. "If she knows our parents and Celine are there, she'll risk everything to save them."

If Sanctum Holdings discovered her true identity, the consequences would be unimaginable.

"We can't reach her anyway," Coralie said softly, biting her lip. "Sanctum Holdings is meticulous. They wouldn't let them keep their communication devices."

"We'll wait for her to come back," Jimmie decided, his voice raspy. "We keep this from her for now and figure out a plan ourselves."

Since Sanctum Holdings' ultimate goal was Juniper, it was safer for them to execute the rescue instead of her. Even if something went wrong... they were the older siblings. They could protect her.

They took the elevator down to the basement. As they passed each door, Juniper kept her eyes wide open, searching for any sign of Celine.

Sure enough, as they rounded a corner, she heard a commotion from a nearby room.

"Why keep asking? I told you I don't know!" Celine's voice rang out as she smashed something inside the room, sounding incredibly defiant. "I have no answers for you, but you can try to take my life!"
