"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Annie frowned and looked at me then at the bed. Her hazel eyes were wide.

I smirked. We are at my new apartment which only had one bed. That means little hamster gets to sleep with lil ole me.

"Why? Does it make you nervous to share the bed with me? Are you worried I'm going to do bad things to you?" I leaned over and whispered in her ears.

"N...no...I'm not worried." she said. Looking clearly worried.

"Maybe I'll be all over you and touch you like this," I teased her and poked her ribs.

"Stop it! It tickles," she giggled. "It's just that, it seems too soon," she said nervously.

"Too soon? We slept together on one bed before, remember?" I raised my eyebrows. "But if it makes you uncomfortable I'll sleep on the couch." I offered.

"No, I don't want to kick you out of your own room!" she protested.

I cupped her cheeks and kissed her forehead. "It's okay, little hamster. This will be fine until you get more comfortable with me. I don't mind waiting." I said gently.

"Who are you and what have you done with Evan Green? Why are you acting like a nice guy? It's weird," she giggled.

"Hey! I've always been gentle with you," I protested.

"Hmm...always?" she put both of her hands on her waist and raised her eyebrows.

"Okay fine, not always. I'm sorry okay? I am trying to change for you," I sighed.

She wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me on the lips. "Don't change too much, I love you," she whispered.

Shit...if she keeps hugging me and kissing me, I might change my mind about sleeping on the couch.

"I'll get the couch ready," I said quickly and hurried off.

I kissed her goodnight and settled on the couch. I didn't realize how tired I was until I closed my eyes and drifted into sleep.

Annie's P. O. V.

Evan was being such a gentleman. Which was something different. Does one year change someone this much?

I felt a little disappointed when he agreed to sleep separately. Part of me wanted the old Evan to come out and persuade me to share the bed with him. What's wrong with me? Have I become a pervert?

I tossed and turned at night. The bed felt cold. I remembered the time he held me against his chest while I slept. It made me blush just by thinking about the way he touched me. I felt tingly all over.

Dammit...now I can't sleep.

He slipped his hand inside my nightshirt. He was only touching my back but it was enough to make me feel hot and bothered.

"I love you so fucking much," he said in a low and husky voice.

"I love you too," I wanted to cry. I've never been so happy.

He covered my neck and chest with kisses. I tried my hardest to suppress my moans but they kept escaping my throat.

"I couldn't stop thinking about you since you left. Not once," he whispered.

"Liar! Then how come you slept with Lily?" I pouted.

He frowned. "I have no excuse for that. I was lonely and heartbroken. I thought it would be easier to forget if I moved on but it never got easier," he said and stroked my cheek.

"I should've never gotten together with James either," I admitted.

"You are mine now," he said. His intense blue eyes were dark and full of lust. He stood up and scooped me up in his arms.

"How about we continue this in the bedroom?" he smirked.

I hid my blushed face in his chest and nodded.
