After ending the call, Ethan turned to Olivia Bennett. “So, what’s on your mind?”

Olivia’s eyes sparkled mischievously. “Do you think it’d be too much if something… happened at their wedding?”

Ethan knew that tone. “I’m listening.”

She grinned. “Well, you know there’ll be a crowd. If we were to expose evidence of Mason Bennett cheating—right there at the wedding—it’d hit Carmen Gates like a ton of bricks. It’d hurt a lot more than if she just found out in private. Their marriage might not be completely over, but it’d definitely crack wide open.”

She paused, then added, “But Mason hasn’t visited that woman or the kid lately. Without solid proof, we might not be able to pull it off. Still, let’s keep the invitation. You never know when it might come in handy.”

Ethan nodded, thinking it over.

Olivia’s lips curled ever so slightly. “This could be the perfect opportunity.”

Ethan ruffled her hair. “Nice thinking.”

She sighed and brushed off the thoughts for now. “Let’s head home.”
