She threw both arms in front of herself, trying to cover as much of her body as possible. Her flawless face flushed red with embarrassment.

She never imagined she’d ever wake up in such a humiliating situation.

Leander just rubbed his ear casually, not the least bit moved. He was already at the far side of the lake, heading for the stone wall ahead.

Suddenly, there was a loud whoosh.

A burst of wind cut through the air. Something sharp hurtled straight for Leander’s back.

He didn’t dodge. Instead, he slowly turned around, and in the time it took him to face the danger, the blade of wind had already reached his throat.

A metallic hiss rang out.

A long ice blade stopped right at Leander’s neck, its tip only half an inch from piercing his skin.

The attacker was the young woman. She was now wrapped in an aura of frigid cold that clung to her like mist, hiding most of her body.

Her face was still flushed with shame, but now her eyes were burning with fury. She glared at Leander without blinking.

“You pervert! You saw me naked! I’m going to kill you!”

Her voice trembled with fury, as if she’d just been violated.

Frost gathered around his throat, but Leander’s expression didn’t change. He spoke calmly, “I have zero interest in your body. If I were you, I’d lower that sword.

At last, her arm lowered. The ice blade shimmered, then dissolved into flakes of snow drifting away in the air.

The cold mist around her gathered and formed a translucent suit of ice armor, wrapping around her body and covering her curves. It didn’t make her feel dignified, but it at least spared her some shame.

“You… you saw me naked. So what are you going to do now?” she asked, biting her lip.

Leander’s expression changed slightly. Then he let out a short laugh.

He saved her life, and the first thing she did when she came to was threaten him over a naked body?

Guess to her, modesty ranked higher than life itself.

Leander’s expression turned mocking. His lips curled into a half–smile as he said, “I save your life, and what you’re hung up on is your body? That’s either old–fashioned or just plain dumb.”

He gave her a quick glance, clearly done entertaining her nonsense, and started walking straight toward the cliff face.

The woman’s figure blurred, and the next second, she landed right in front of him.
