She couldn't figure out what was going on with him, but suddenly, something clicked in her mind, and her eyes turned malicious.

"I get it now! It must be Heather! Did she tell you something?"

"Brother-in-law, how could you believe her? She betrayed you! She never loved you!"

"Back when you were kidnapped, I was the one who saved you, and she was the first to abandon you..."

She had intended to use this as a trump card, but it backfired.

James felt disgusted.

Once outside the hospital room, James handed Helen over to two bodyguards.

"Take her to the rooftop, throw her off."

James left those words behind and walked away coldly.

James returned home, to the house he shared with Heather.

Thinking back on the three years of marriage, he realized he had spent so little time in this home.
