Shopping with him

I was taken aback when the two maids softly applauded.

"Wow, miss! You're amazing. You're the only woman capable of making Miss Yulia leave. That woman is disgraceful. Even Mister Andrius no longer desires her, yet she persists in coming," the pretty girl exclaimed.

"You're the one Mister Easton was talking about. You are beautiful," the old lady smiled at me.

"I'm Mary and this is my aunt, Jes. We're related. And you are?" Mary asked.

"I'm Caroline," I answered with a smile.

"Mister Andrius left a note advising you to have your meal first before you both leave," Aunt Jes informed. "He mentioned your errand might experience delays and probably accompany you at the mall around noon due to an unexpected meeting."

After finishing my meal, Mary informed me about a small library on the third floor near Andrius's office. I distracted myself by reading books. Upon reaching the third floor, I stumbled onto a balcony that offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. It was only then that I realized we were the only ones living in this mansion. The area was surrounded by a variety of flowers and two iron cradles were placed in the corner. It was a discovery that I had missed, as I was asleep when we first arrived.

As I was lounging on the balcony, a Bugatti la Voiture Noire pulled up and parked. I was astounded by its stunning beauty. Although I had only ever seen pictures of it in magazines, this was the first time I had seen it in person. What captivated me even more was when a gentleman, donning a black tuxedo, stepped out of the car, shrouded in the shade.

Removing his sunglasses, he glanced up to locate me. Thankfully, I had already taken a bath and was now dressed in a mustard smocking top and baggy pants.

I had already made my way down to meet him. After that, we had a brief chit chat before we finally left. Nonetheless, I felt a little apprehension when as soon as his car left the large main gate; I noticed a van following us.

He appeared unconcerned, leading me to assume that they were his security personnel…

Upon arriving at the mall, I noticed that there was not a single person in sight. Although all the stores were open, the sales ladies stood idly in front of their respective shops. As we walked through the mall, the guards trailed behind us. Unable to contain my curiosity any longer, I asked, "Is it a holiday today? Why are there no people here? However, even during a holiday, it is unimaginable for not a single person to visit this place."

With a chuckle, he replied, "Actually, I'm a shareholder in this mall, and in its various branches. I don't mean to brag, but when this business was on the verge of collapse, I saved it piece by piece. And now, I hold the largest shares."

With no response, he just stared at me, examining me from head to toe. I attempted to conceal the rubber shoes I had on, which didn't match the chiffon dress. Struggling to cover my legs, I feared they would glimpse my underwear. This was the first time I had worn such an expensive dress, and I wasn't comfortable. Even though there was nothing to adjust, I kept fidgeting with it, attempting to find comfort.

Andrius replied after a long time, "I've seen enough. I'll take all the ones you recommend for her."

I was just about to head back to the fitting room to change when Andrius asked me, "Where are you going?"

"Change of clothes?" I responded, with a perplexed expression on my face.

I left him and continued with our shopping. We even visited a few other stores before we arrived at the shoe shop. However, I stumbled while walking because they asked me to try on some stilettos. On our way back home, I suddenly felt the urge to use the bathroom. I wanted to notify my guides, but I noticed everyone was preoccupied. Andrius was busy talking on the phone, while the guards were at the counter collecting the things he purchased.

I had to go to the bathroom urgently, as I couldn't hold it any longer. As I sat on the toilet, I heard footsteps outside, and it seemed like one of the mall crews. They were probably checking if there were any other customers left, since Andrius had reserved it for the day.

Upon exiting the restroom, the front door shut, and the bathroom light extinguished. Despite my confidence in the stringent security measures, my assumption was erroneous. Suddenly, I sensed a presence behind me and before I could react, a handkerchief was clamped over my mouth. Despite my efforts to resist, I eventually succumbed to unconsciousness.
