Jonathan stared at Joker, trying to find some clue in his face.

The surname Kane wasn't particularly rare; Jonathan knew quite a few people with that name. But for a moment, he couldn’t connect any of them to the man standing before him.

He had investigated Joker more than once, but just like when he’d sent Prescott to look into Niamh and was blocked by the Quinn family, Joker’s personal information was tightly guarded by The Vipers' Nest.
