He held me as we went to a dimly lit stairwell. Then grabbed my waist and kissed me.

I tilted my face slightly, and his hot kiss landed at the corner of my lips.

"Take it slow."

Just as I hesitated whether to continue, I caught sight of a cold, expressionless figure at the hallway’s entrance. I smiled and kissed him again.

Before our lips could fully connect, my body was shoved, causing the young man to stumble.

"You’re here."

"You brought your date to the bar? So, what were you planning to do if I didn’t show up?"

"Do you need your brother to buy you some protection?"
