"Josie, all I'm asking for is a real commitment," Oliver said, his voice steady but earnest. Hattie watched him closely, her mind drifting back to memories of Garrett.

"Oliver, considering how things are right now, a full-blown wedding isn’t the best idea for Josie. By spring, she'll be visibly pregnant, and all the fuss might just wear her out."

Oliver nodded in agreement. "Let's just make it official with the paperwork."

There was no sidestepping it; Oliver was set on getting that marriage certificate. Eventually, Josefina agreed. A simple marriage certificate would do for now.

Reid added, "Oliver, did you put some kind of spell on my sister?"

Dorian chimed in, "I knew Oliver was up to something from the moment he set foot in our house. The fact he stuck around so long confirmed it."

Facing their barrage of questions, Oliver stayed cool. "If you doubt my feelings for Josie, I'm ready to transfer all my shares, assets, and cash to her, no strings attached. I’ve got the contract right here."
