Josefina, carrying a can of soda and a bucket of fried chicken, took the private elevator up to Oliver's office floor.

As she stepped out, she noticed George pacing nervously in front of Oliver's door.

The moment George heard the elevator ding, he whipped around, his eyes lighting up as he saw Josefina approaching. He quickly walked up to her, greeting her with a mix of relief and respect, "Ms. Josefina, it's such a relief to see you here!"

"What's going on, George?" she asked, sensing the tension.

"Dominic and Rowan are here. They're putting the screws to Mr. Oliver, trying to force him to give up some of his control," George explained, visibly anxious.

George had admired Oliver since their college days, always impressed by his exceptional abilities. When Oliver offered him a job as his secretary, George had jumped at the chance. Now, seeing Oliver entangled in family drama, he felt completely helpless.

"George, don't worry. Oliver isn't someone you can push around that easily. How many times have Rowan and Dominic tried to get one over on him and failed? Relax," Josefina reassured him.

But George wasn't convinced. "Ms. Josefina, this time it's different. I overheard Rowan accusing Mr. Oliver of doing something awful to his stepmother. They're in the conference room now, and they've even brought in the shareholders."

Josefina paused, her mind racing. Sydney had pinned this on Oliver?

"Without any evidence, Rowan can't just pin this on Oliver, and Oliver won't stand for it. Go back to your duties, George. I'll handle this," she instructed.

"Alright," George replied, still uneasy, and returned to his desk.
