I rub my temple closing my eyes briefly. I had to sort out all this god damn paper work for Royal before I pass it on to him, I was already ready to drown myself, literally, in all this paper. that's what's going on anyway.

I was as Nicki comes in my office and sprawls herself across my desk. Paper's that I had just finish stack was now in a hep on the floor with the others that weren't sorted. I growl glaring at her.

"Um, should I punch you now, or later?"

She smirks winking at me. "Do it later, Mr. Possessive is on his way."

As soon as the word left her mouth Royal walked in. He looks at me, Nicki, then me again and just shakes his head.

"Is there a reason that I'm being disturbed?" I ask sighing. Nicki already fucked up my papers and I knew I was going to be up all weekend. Nicki jumps up on top the desk and jumps down standing next to me.

"Yup. Happy Birthday!!!! Today, I'll do your work. I love to read, and forge signatures." Nicki said excitedly. Royal looks at her weirdly and just shakes his head and turns his attention back to me.

"What crazy said. she came up with this idea." he explains.

"Guys, its fine." I protest sitting back down, but before my ass could even feel the cushion chair I was yanked up.

"No, if I was ever working like you are on my birthday, y'all would have my ass. Today is your day." Nicki says pushing me out the room.

"Come on. We made you food." Layla face appears making me clutch my chest.

"Are you trying to kill me?" I yell at them and Landon laughs lightly slapping my back, how the fuck did he even-

"Come on brother, you're finally nineteen! Get happy." Liam exclaims. I smile slightly at them as we walk down the stairs of the pack house.

"Happy Birthday Lele" Leah exclaims jumping on my back. I stumble forward two steps almost to my face, but save myself. What is up with them.

"Oh this will be fun!!" Layla exclaims.

"Guess who put this all together too?" Liam says.

I furrow my eyebrows. Who would do this all for me? I wouldn't be surprised if it was Nicki. "Come on brother." Nicki exclaims with Royal in tow.

"Wait, what about the paper work?" I ask her and she just laughs.

"Its all finishes. You know reading makes you smarter and faster." She sings skipping along. "That not true" Drew exclaims pointing his finger in her face. "You are just plain ole crazy." "Off with your head." Nicki exclaims and Leah jumps on top of him screaming.

"Guys!! Today is Levi's day, stop acting stupid." Layla exclaims. Leah hops off of Drew's back frowning. Nicki pats her back nodding.

"They're all party poopers." she mumbles as Nicki scoffs in agreement. "I know." Nicki replies to her.

They guide me to the backyard, which was pitch dark. Its only 5, why is it so dark. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY."

I jump a little as little twinkle rainbow lights flicker on around the trees and the backyard patio. Everyone was there beaming with crazy party hats on.

"For me?" I ask shook.

"Well duh!! Everyone's birthday should be this big." Nicki exclaims and a few people laugh. " Let's get this party started." Royal declares and the pack starts cheering.

"Time for cake" Darla calls and my mum brings out a four layered cake. It was an two into the party and I was slightly tired from all the excitement.

"Wow, that cake looks good." I announce making Landon laugh. " Oh, it sure is." Nicki declares.

"Who made it?" I ask as they start to light the candles.

"Dude. Why don't you go dance. Take a girl to your room and smash." Drew smirks wiggling his eyebrows.

Maxi elbows him hard glaring at him. " He could have a mate, and you're saying that shit!!" "Why you always gotta hit me?" Drew ask pouting.

"Why you always gotta say something stupid.?" she spats back.

"Okay you two." I say smiling standing up. "Go enjoy yourselves and stop arguing."

"No, YOU go enjoy yourself." Drew says pushing me to the dancefloor. I roll my eyes and walk over to my sisters.

"Someone finally joining the party." Nicki shouts hugging me.

"Nah, I gotta go. I'm tired." I tell her yawning. I wasn't really tired, I just didn't want to be here, I really wanted to go home.

"Riiiiiiight." She says walking me into the house. we go out front and to my car. I glance at her and all she does is smile. "Go home to your mate." She winks and goes back in the house.

How the hell did she know that. I shake my head dismissing it. I start the engine going towards my home. I currently moved out my parents house, unlike some people. Landon. I left recently, due to wanting my own space and now that I do have my mate, not sure how Nicki found out, I would want a place with my special other half.

I park in front of my little house sighing. I was dead tired, I guess I didn't really lie about being tired. I walk into the the house where I'm greeted.

"Hey Levi. Happy Birthday."

"Hey Jace." I smile at him as he peck my lips.

"I have a present for you." he exclaims excitedly. "Oh really?" I ask and he nods smiling widely.

"Yup, but its in the room." oh wow. my birthday just got better.
