Danielle POV

I glance quickly at my mom, Nicki as she keeps an eye out for my father, Royal, the Alpha of the Bronze Altimate pack.

"Dani, hurry." she grumbles.

"Already done." I grab her hand and start running for the lake behind the pack house. "We're dead." Uncle Drew exclaims.

"No, y'all are. I was just looking out." my mom announced slipping out my grip. I could care less. I wasn't going to be there whenever it happened.

"It is uncle Drew, Derek, his son and I putting paint bombs in my father's car. Not only is it for him, but it's also for my head in the ass brother as well. Dominic is an ass. A big one, plus a soon to be alpha. Just one pain in the ass to me. He's the cliche type of guy, High school jock, rude and conceited. Dirty brown hair green eyes. He looks like my father.

I look like my mum. Dark red hair, hazel eyes. Pale, freckles, all over. And not too short, 5'8. Same height as her. Thanks mom for not being a shorty.

Anywhore, off topic. Reason why I have to run with Uncle Drew and Derek is because my father is strict when it comes to me. It's bad. It's not like I'm a pothead, because I'm not. I don't drink smoke or stay past my curfew. My dad hates three things about me.

My Potty Mouth

My stubbornness or rudeness

and My tattoos.

It's not like he sees them anyway. I hide them from him most of the time, of course he knows about them, but he hates the fact that I still got them.

"Guys, I'm too old for this shit." Drew mumbles.

"Drew you lazy mother fucker!! We're almost there." Mom exclaims

"I thought you said you didn't need to run from dad." I shout laughing. "Yeah, but where's the fun in that?" She replies

I rolled my eyes and saw the lake in view. Its this big lake and the trees surround it letting the sun hit it at this 45° angle making the water shimmer and shine. Anywhore as soon as I was in arm reach, I jumped in.

"Shit." I grumble at the cold water.

"What? Forgot to take off your clothes." Derek laughs.

"So did you stupid ass." I grabbed his ankle and pulled him in making him fall face first in the water.

"Stupid fuck." I laugh rolling my eyes. I get out of the lake and shake the water off my clothes to go help Derek with his rabbit situation.

"Get it off." He exclaim. "Stop moving."

"Its moving, not me." "this isn't real." I mumble.

"Its real, and I'm dying here."

"oh gosh, our kids are" my mom trails off as Drew bumps her arm.

"idiots, stupid. mental." Drew chirped. "the list goes on Nicki." "Our IQ was never good." She joked as he laughs.

"hilarious. Crack jokes while I'm here dying." Derek yells.

He got hold of its tail and flings it into the lake. I gasp as it makes a splash in the middle of the lake.

"Oh shit." I shout with my hand over my heart. "it'll drown." 'let it." Derek spats. "how's my face?"
