Fighting the discomfort in his stomach, York urgently blocked her path. "I really do have something to talk to you about. Just a few minutes."

They stared at each other, Claudia's gaze resolute.

The two cold statements overlapped in his mind. It wasn't just his stomach that hurt; his heart hurt, his entire body ached.
