Noelle nodded. "That's right. Not just you, but I want every one of you to pay. You illegally imprisoned me and stole my freedom, and you'll all go to jail for it!"

Donovan's face paled. "Noelle, w-we had no idea at first."

"Trying to pass the blame, huh? You're all the same and are accomplices in this scheme!"

"You're right. I won't deny any of it," Blake said with a bitter laugh.

"Well, I do!" Carl furiously snapped. "Everything I did was for your own good!"

"My own good?"

Noelle didn't hesitate to snatch the gun from a bodyguard and aim it at the Liddells. Carl could almost feel his heart leap into his throat. She fired a shot straight at his chest, but the person next to him shoved him out of the way. The shot missed, and Carl was left unscathed.

Collapsed on the ground, he looked up at Noelle in shock. "You seriously meant to kill me?"

"I wish all of you were dead," she spat. Her words left Carl drowning in despair, while Frank stepped forward and tried to reason with her.

"Calm down, Noelle."

Before he could finish, she fired another shot. Looking down at the impact on his chest, his eyes widened in disbelief. "Y-You'd shoot me, too?"

A cold smile tugged at Noelle's lips. Without hesitation, she raised the gun again and fired at the Liddells, her eyes full of the pure intent to kill.

Since they'd tried to ruin her, she'd now return the favor and make their lives miserable if they didn't let her live in peace.

Gunshots rang out through the air, driving the Liddells back into the cabin for refuge. None of them could snap out of what'd just happened.

Donovan was trembling in fear as he stammered, "H-Has she lost her mind?"

"Did she just try to kill us?" Wyatt slumped on the floor, pale and shaken.
