Blake almost lost his mind from rage. Alongside Frank, Donovan grabbed him and gestured to the former. "Get him out of here."

With a nod, Frank dragged Blake out the door.

Then, Donovan turned back to release Carl. "Enough. Cedric's already on his way with Noelle; you'd better start preparing the treatment."

"Sure. Let's begin," Carl said, rubbing his wrists.

Donovan eyed him cautiously and asked, "She's going to be okay, right?"

"I can save her."

After Donovan left, Carl turned to Emery and instructed. "When Cedric arrives, get him on the island, too."

"What are you going to do?"

"I never forget a grudge. He nearly killed me that day, so I'm not going to just let it slide," Carl announced, gritting his teeth. He vowed to make sure Cedric paid for what he'd done.

Soon, the yacht pulled up to the island's dock. Leading the team, Carl approached and watched Cedric get off the yacht, cradling Noelle in his arms.

Cedric fixed him with a cold, deadly stare, but Carl just smirked. "I told you you'd come begging sooner or later."

Cedric didn't answer as he laid Noelle down onto the stretcher waiting at the dock.

"If you want me to save her, come with me to the island. Or do you not want to see her recover?" Carl evenly said.

A cold look flashed in Cedric's eyes as Carl taunted. "Are you scared?"

"Who says I am?" Cedric snapped, stepping forward. Guards on the island immediately stepped in and began searching him before they found a gun.
