The hotel manager immediately picked up the sarcasm in Daniel's tone, but he had no choice.

At the end of the day, Daniel was just a tourist. Even if he offended the latter, it wouldn't impact the hotel's business, but if he upset Matias, the hotel might as well shut down.

"I'm curious; what happens if I refuse to meet them? What would you do?" Daniel leaned lazily against the doorframe.

The manager straightened up slightly and replied, "I apologize, but in that case, we'll have to forcefully check you out. Of course, we'll refund your stay with twice the amount you paid."

The manager gripped his walkie-talkie. "It isn't okay to fool around, sir."

Soon, four burly security guards emerged from the stairs. It was clear what they were up to.

Daniel shook his head. "I've stayed in quite a few hotels, but I've never seen customer service like this. Great! You've left a lasting impression!

"I'm heading downstairs, but if anyone disturbs you, deal with it yourself!" He turned to shout at Margaret's room and walked out.

"You're way too arrogant, kid!" A lackey behind Matias bristled at the insult before the latter could speak. He stepped forward and jabbed a finger at Daniel.

Without hesitation, Daniel grabbed the man's finger and snapped it backward. His face remained calm and unfazed throughout, and Matias could see it all clearly.

"Ah!" A high-pitched guttural scream echoed through the grand hall, and the hotel staff froze.

Matias' face was filled with horror. "Are you a martial artist?"

Daniel glanced at him and snapped, "Leave with your men. If I see you again, it won't be just a broken finger next time."

Matias frowned and dared not act recklessly after discovering Daniel's identity as a martial artist.
