The sight of James being completely overwhelmed by the kids made both Caitlin and Sebastian burst into laughter. The kids had him pinned to the ground—some were holding his head, others were on his waist, and a few had their hands on his legs. James’s handsome features were squished and distorted by their tiny hands. He couldn’t even get up.

Tyler and Xavi were standing nearby, watching the scene unfold, laughing, but no one was rushing to help.

Sebastian laughed loudly, “Ha ha… Harrison’s fate is even worse than mine was!”

“You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?” Caitlin shot him a teasing glance and walked outside to call out, “You guys, get off your uncle now!”

At the sound of Caitlin’s voice, the children immediately stopped what they were doing and ran over to her, releasing James in the process.

“Mommy…” the kids giggled as they rushed to hug Caitlin’s legs.

Caitlin spoke to them in a gentle yet firm tone, “No more bullying your uncle. He’s your only uncle, so you have to take good care of him, okay?”

“We know, Mommy!” the children answered happily, before running off to help James get up.

Once James was standing, Caitlin reminded them, “Go wash your hands now, it’s time for dinner!”

“Okay, Mommy!”

James led the children to the bathroom, and Caitlin went back to the kitchen. After some busy preparation, a sumptuous dinner was served.

Everyone sat at the table, admiring the spread of delicious food. James eagerly said, “It smells amazing! I’m about to drool!”

“Eat as much as you want!” Caitlin encouraged, serving him food lovingly.

She sat beside him, and Sebastian, sitting on the other side, couldn’t help but notice how Caitlin was only attending to her brother, completely ignoring him. He cleared his throat to get her attention.

Caitlin turned to him and helped him with some food too, allowing him to finally eat in peace.

Mmm, the food Caitlin made was delicious! And the food she served him tasted even better!

James enjoyed the meal, eating more than usual. Sebastian, in a celebratory mood, suggested, “Let’s have some wine to celebrate now that Harrison’s out of the hospital!”

Caitlin immediately stepped in, “Harrison just got out of the hospital. It’s better if he avoids alcohol.”

“It’s fine, just a little won’t hurt,” Sebastian insisted, pouring James a bit of wine.

As they ate and chatted, the evening progressed. By the end of the meal, Sebastian had drunk more than he should. Drunkenly, he leaned against Caitlin’s shoulder and said, “Caitlin…”

“You drank too much, I told you not to!” Caitlin sighed, looking at him with a mixture of affection and annoyance. “You’ll go back to The Vanderbilt Family on your own, won’t you?”

James saw Sebastian’s intention and spoke up, “Since Sebastian’s so drunk, why don’t we let him stay here tonight? I’ll take the kids out for a while.”

The four kids eagerly followed James as Tyler and Xavi joined them, keeping a watchful eye on the kids. The house staff retreated, leaving the

mansion quiet.

With the children out of the house, Sebastian pulled Caitlin close, his gaze filled with burning intensity. “Caitlin, you’re so beautiful… You look absolutely irresistible…”

“Really? Are you sure you’re not just drunk and seeing food everywhere?”

“Maybe. I want to devour you,” Sebastian whispered with a grin, his hands sliding around her waist as his desire intensified.

The alcohol had loosened his inhibitions, and his affection for her was overflowing. He loved her so deeply it felt almost overwhelming, the love building inside him, like a volcano ready to erupt.

Today had been a day of highs–proposing to Caitlin had made him feel on top of the world. The love he felt for her burned even hotter now, and he wanted nothing more than to pour all of it into her, to make her the happiest woman alive.

The night went on, filled with intense passion, as the entire house seemed to hum with the sweet and fiery love they shared.

The following morning, Caitlin and Sebastian made plans for their trip to Departure City. They decided to split up: Caitlin would go with James to Departure City, and Sebastian would stay in New York to handle some crucial business with KM International Group before joining

her.

Before they left, Sebastian drove Caitlin and James to the airport. As Caitlin was about to get out of the car, Sebastian pulled her back into a deep kiss.
