Dominic threw Vespera on the couch before leaning down to kiss her. She pressed her hands against his chest, but her slender arms were no match for him whenever he got serious.

Very quickly, he pinned her arms back before pressing his mint-scented lips against hers.

Dominic was angry, but so was Vespera. She furiously sank her teeth into his tongue, which had slipped into her mouth.

Dominic winced in pain but refused to let go. Although his tongue was bleeding, he continued tangling with her tongue.

Vespera wanted to bite him again, but her desire suddenly overtook her. Instead of biting him, she slowly circled her arms around his neck and returned his kiss.

Both of them kissed deeply, losing themselves in the lingering passion.

A woman suddenly screamed sharply in the house, causing Vespera and Dominic on the couch to jump in fright.

Dominic looked up and immediately pulled down the hem of Vespera's shirt to cover her. Then, he got up and immediately turned to look coldly at his youngest sister, Natasha Reid.

As for Vespera, she had already turned sideways to bury her face into the back of the couch. She was extremely embarrassed and couldn't bear to look at Natasha.

Natasha stood at the entrance to the living hall. Her waist-length hair was perfectly straight. She had blunt bangs, face-framing layers, and two strands of pink hair tucked behind her ears. All in all, she came across as somewhat sweet and edgy.

Also, Natasha was rather tall and looked to be about 5'7". Her striking eyes bore an uncanny resemblance to Dominic's as well.

After screaming in shock, Natasha finally remembered to cover her eyes. "Dominic, don't kill me! I didn't mean to walk in on you two!"

Although she had begged Dominic to spare her, she still secretly parted her fingers slightly and curiously peeked at the couch.

At that moment, Natasha's mind was racing. She was shocked to learn that Dominic, who came across as emotionally unavailable and never seemed interested in anyone, was actually dating someone. He was even making out with a woman in broad daylight.

Natasha wondered who managed to win his heart.

"But you're still looking." There was a clear warning in his tone. He had noticed Natasha trying to make her way over and glared at her coldly.

Meanwhile, Vespera sighed in relief once she heard the door shut and put her hand down. She was too wrapped up in her embarrassment to pay attention to Natasha's warning and did not ponder too much.

Vespera held onto the back of the couch and got up. She glanced at the glass window and asked, "Was that your younger sister?"

Dominic looked at the way Vespera knelt on the couch. His gaze was focused on her exposed, long, slender legs.

He hummed in response before leaning forward. He placed his arms against the couch, trapping her in place. His cold gaze from earlier had softened as he looked at her.

"That's my youngest sister. She's usually not at home and is always traveling the world. She said she'd been in Lacosia two days ago, so I thought she wasn't in Halewick anymore. Those strange things you saw around here all belong to her."

"Oh! So, it's her." Vespera nodded and looked away. She was about to turn around when Dominic circled his arms around her waist. He ran his warm hands up her body, causing her ears to grow warm. "She won't come back."

"...Dominic, aren't you tired?" Vespera looked back at him. Their gazes met as the sexual tension lingered between them.

Dominic let out a chuckle as he pressed himself harder against Vespera. "If you're tired, I'll hold you. I definitely won't let you tire yourself out."
