Before long, someone knocked on his office door.

Arnold handed the papers to Jackson. “This is my young lady’s report. It says she only has a case of ordinary gastroenteritis, but she still hasn’t woken up.

“It’s already been since last night. Normally, she should be awake by now. What’s really going on?”

Jackson’s heart sank.

He hadn’t expected it to be just ordinary gastroenteritis, and yet she still hadn’t regained consciousness.
