Grace said, "Serena has been detained. I'll bail her out."

Brian frowned and stood up. "I'll go with you. If you go by yourself, who knows how much trouble you'll have to go through to get her out."

"Okay." The two of them soon arrived at the jail.

When Brian was in the car, he had already made a call to settle everything. As soon as he arrived at the jail, he explained the situation and quickly brought Serena out.

When Grace saw Serena on the ground, her eyes widened in surprise. She turned around and looked at the police officer behind her. "Why didn't you put a thick shirt on her?"

Brian patted her shoulder and gestured for her to calm down. "Take her out first."

Grace said, "Serena, wake up."

Serena opened her eyes and looked at Grace. A pale smile appeared on her face. "You're here."

Grace wanted to help her up, but she realized that Serena could not stand up at all.

Brian squatted down. "Let me carry her out."

"Okay." Grace went to get Serena's clothes and left the jail.

In the car, after the heater was turned on for a while, Serena finally came back to life.

Grace fed her some water before asking, "Why are you in jail?"

Serena said weakly, "It's a long story, Grace. I'm so hungry."
