"I've got work to do," he cut her off, pulling out his laptop and diving in.

In the back seat, Debra wondered what drove Andrew to make such a decision.

Soon, they pulled up to the Potter Mansion.

Jordan hopped out and bolted inside, leaving the maids at the door in the dust.

"Sir, Mr. Andrew Potter is working," one of them called after him.

The study door flew open, revealing a bunch of company executives, but Jordan didn't flinch.

"Andrew, what's your deal?" he demanded.

The executives turned to Andrew, who waved his hand. "Everyone, step out for a bit."

Once they were left alone, Jordan stated, "We were just having a dumb fight. Why are you switching her to another class?"

"Why so worked up?" Andrew remained composed. "Didn't you say you were done going to school with Debra?"

"This morning, the maids said you didn't wake her up or wait for her to eat breakfast. The driver said you two didn't say a word in the car. I figured you didn't want to deal with her."

"It was just a stupid argument."

"What kind of argument gets you this worked up?" Andrew leaned back in his chair. "This is the first time in 18 years."

"Figure that out and come back to me," Andrew said, turning to the door. "Someone, show my brother out."
