Chapter 28 Have to Stay With You 

Myrna sized him up deeply and pondered. Then she accepted his explanation without hesitation and raised her eyes teasingly. “Maybe.” 

She seemed serious. 

Blake was speechless. 

He was still a bit upset when they entered the house. Then they found another person in the house. 

“Mr. Larson?” 

Calvin seemed to have taken a shower and put on pajamas. Water dropped down along his wet hair as he tried to dry his hair with a towel. The beaded bracelet was obvious. His eyes were red since he had not slept well in the past few days. There was a bloodthirsty look deep in his eyes too. But the bracelet suited him well.

It was Blake’s home.

Blake said, “It is OK. I got many rooms in the villa. But your house just got decorated not long ago, right?” 

The Larson family had houses everywhere. Calvin was a low–key rich man who had countless houses. He must have more than one villa in Melcester. 

Even if one villa was being refurnished, Calvin did not have to ask Blake for help. 

Blake remembered that the new hotel as the landmark of the city belonged to Calvin. 

“It’s ugly, so I asked them to redo it.”

Blake still had bags in his hand and waved them. “You bought her things too? You should have told me. I bought her clothes too.” 

He would have not bought those clothes if he had known it. 

Calvin glanced at the bags in his hand. Those brands were girls‘ favorites. He said in a low voice, “She can try different clothes now!” 

“You are right.” Blake thought that Calvin’s words made sense. 

Kristin had many clothes. She even had a dressing room at home for bags and clothes. But compared to Kristin, Myrna did not have many clothes. It was reasonable even if they wanted to buy Myrna
