Sarah covered Mia's eyes with her hand, guiding her to the bed and helping her lie down.

"Just relax..."

Under Sarah's gentle care, Mia finally fell into a peaceful sleep. Minutes later, she woke, lucid this time.

Calm now, she looked around at Zachary and William.

“Zachary, Grandpa, Sarah - oh, and Vivian, you're here too?" She brightened at seeing everyone, seemingly with no memory of her episode.

William studied Sarah intently. He'd brought in many therapists and knew how Mia responded to them. None had connected like Sarah.

Mia showed an inexplicable trust in Sarah, able to calm instantly at the sight of her.

"Just checking on you," Sarah said softly.

"Sarah..." Mia glanced nervously at Vivian.

She knew well the complicated relationship between Sarah, Vivian, and Zachary. Why were they both here?

Unless...?

She looked at her brother, finding his expression unreadable.

William turned to Vivian warmly. "Vivian, you're here too. Let's have some tea."

He gave Sarah a new, appraising look, nodding slightly in acknowledgment.

Mia followed close behind Sarah into the tea room William had specially built.

The butler entered with a rosewood box. "Miss Wilson, Miss Sanders, you're in for a treat. This is the master's treasured tea - his last box."

Vivian eagerly took it. "Let me brew it. Grandpa William loves my tea.”

Unusually, William remained silent.

"Zachary, my grandfather keeps asking about you. When will you visit?" Vivian asked sweetly.

"Soon enough." Zachary replied noncommittally.

Her voice was the only one filling the tea room.

Sarah took a sip - Vivian's tea really was excellent.

Their grandfather glanced at Sarah. "Miss Sanders, come to my study."

In the study, he observed her. There was something commanding about her presence - rather like Zachary's.

She showed no fear before him. He spoke, "Mia seems quite dependent on you."
