“I wasn’t aware he went to one,” Gavin said, glancing at me briefly before returning to the road. “For what reason did he go and see one?”

More contact with her true mate might help as well. I know Irene doesn’t want anything to do with Erik right now, but he needs to remain persistent and stick by her even if she pushes him away.
