"Are you going or not?" Kieran's tone was laced with impatience.

Left with no choice, Jarrett went upstairs. Standing at Freya's door, he knocked and said, “Ms. Dawson, Mr. Sutton requests your presence downstairs.”

The silence was the only response from the room. Jarrett frowned and called out again, “Ms. Dawson?”

Freya smiled. “What choice did I have? Stick around and play maid for Kieran?”
