18 - Chapter Eighteen- Emerald Victorian's Point Of View.

 * A Couple Weeks later *

I called into work and asked Nina if there was a shift I could pick up because I was bored from not being able to go to work every day. Lucca Really didn't want me working when I was this close to having our baby. He would freak-out if he knew I was going to work.

I drove to work and got changed into a set of scrubs, I had to get Nina to help me pull on a large scrub shirt because my normal-sized one most definitely would not fit at all. Nina printed me out a sheet of my patients and I read and saw there were only 3 people and Quinn was one of them, I was so glad he was one of my patients.

I was standing talking to one of my patients about medications they should and shouldn't be taking well be Pregnant, they got angry and huffed away. I walked over to Quinn and Kane. The first thing I noticed was the size of Quinn's belly it was almost like when I had my boys.

" Hey Quinn, Want to come with me?" I said politely and smiled.

" Sure," he said smiling back, he was clearly happy to see me.

We walked into my office with my fancy equipment and  I asked  Quinn to lay down, so he did and I pulled my shirt up and rubbed cold gel on his belly.

" Why didn't you tell me you're a doctor?" He said, there was clear

" Because I'm not supposed to be working, but I wanted to come back to work for a little while, they handed me a small list of like 3 people that I would be scanning till they have their babies and you were one of them," I said telling him the truth, Lucca was going to flip dinos when he found out, I would be lucky if he didn't follow me around for a while and keep me on bed rest.

" Ohh Really, I'm glad it's you Em "

" Me too, but enough gossip, let's see what's going on in there," I said excitedly to see what he was carrying.

" Okay,"  he mumbled nervously.

We looked at the baby on the monitor and he looked pretty crammed inside Quinn's womb.

" Wow look at how big he is" Quinn Gasped in shock.

" Why is he so big?" Kane asked, his face almost worried, He was going to make such a darn good father.

" Hey baby, How are you and the boys"

" Where are you ?"

" At Work About to come home"

" Em, I told you I didn't want you there well you were pregnant, you and our child are very important to me," Lucca said, he was clearly upset with me and I could understand why he was upset with me.

" I'm sorry, I was bored, I just wanted to work"

" Just come home now."

" Okay"

Lucca hung up on me,  he was pissed because I chose to work well. I was pregnant and he didn't want to miss our child's birth and he thought everyone was a Danger to me. I got into my car and drove home, Lucca and I was going to probably ignore each other till we had to go to bed. That's what always happens when we fight or I do something he asked me not to.
