When Raymond arrived in Norchester, a light snow was falling.

"Who's in charge of this project on Jillson Group's side?" Raymond asked from the back seat as he flipped through the project materials his assistant had handed him.

"Hugo Kingston. Executive Vice President of the Jillson Group and the sole heir to the Jillson family," the assistant replied. "Herbert Jillson, Hugo's grandfather, handled it personally before this. Having Hugo take over now is probably meant to give him some experience."

Raymond paused mid-page. "Hugo? The Kingston family's younger son?"

"That's right."

Raymond raised an eyebrow. "All right. Let's meet him first."

The Hutton and Kingston families had been close for generations. As a child, Hugo had visited the Hutton estate several times and had always gotten along well with Diana.

Raymond, however, did not know him well. He only remembered that the young man had rarely spoken, a complete contrast to the outgoing Leon.

The assistant arranged their meeting at a private club near Jillson Group's headquarters. By the time Raymond arrived, Hugo was already waiting.

He wore a dark gray turtleneck beneath a black cashmere coat. His expression revealed little and carried a quiet reserve that kept others at a distance.

As Raymond entered, Hugo rose and extended his hand. "Mr. Hutton."

Raymond returned the handshake before taking the seat across from him.

Raymond smiled. "Mr. Kingston. Quite an accomplishment at such a young age."

Hugo returned the smile and personally poured him a cup of coffee. "We held a meeting about the project a couple of days ago. This is the current proposal."

He slid the document across the table and briefly explained several key points. His presentation was clear, well organized, and free of wasted words.

Raymond nodded to himself. Hugo's temperament was nothing like Leon's, and his efficient, decisive approach to work was equally different.

"The proposal is solid overall, but a few details still need to be refined." Raymond closed the document. "There's no rush. The reason I came to Norchester this time was to get everything finalized."

Hugo nodded. "Which hotel are you staying at? I'll have my assistant meet you there."

"No need to trouble yourself." Raymond waved a hand. "My mother bought an apartment in Norchester years ago. I'll be staying there. It's not far from the Jillson Group."

Hugo acknowledged him with a nod and did not press the matter.

Raymond stood. "Let's play ball sometime when you're free."

At that, Hugo smiled. "You still remember, Ray?"
