"Don't growl in here," I snapped.

He grabbed my hand and turned around but the other guy was standing in front of him. He smiled at Kade and stepped closer.

"Sorry Alpha but she’s coming with us." He said and his eyes started glowing but not normal. They were blue as ice and he smiled when he looked past Kade and locked eyes with me.

Kade growled and his fist went flying against the guys jaw.

Annas eyes finally opened and she stared bewildered at the scene in front of her. I reached out and grabbed her arm, pulling her after me.

All of the men I had seen earlier suddenly showed up again and covered the exits.

Kade turned his head quickly and cast me a glance.

"Do not move." He growled and I listened. I pulled Anna closer so that her side was pressed against mine. The men were fighting but they all smiled even when they got hit. One of them that stood by the entrance through me a wink and then turned around. The others just stopped and stared at us before turning around and walking away.

We were stunned and didn't know what to do but Kade went after them.

"Don't let them leave." He said to Mason who went with him outside.

"What the hell was that?" I didn't know what to tell Anna and I didn't feel like saying anything right now. I just wanted to get everyone out of here. She turned around pulled away from me.

"Where are you going?" I asked and grabbed her hand.

"The bathroom, don't worry, I'll be quick,"

"I’ll come with you," Claire placed her hand on my arm and shook her head.

"I have to pee too so I'll go with her. I'm pretty sure Kade’s gonna wanna see you right here when he gets back," she said and winced.

I turned to Cara who stood with her arms crossed over her chest.

"What the hell were you thinking?" She asked.

"That I wanted to have fun?" I said and shrugged a shoulder.

"He told you not to leave,"

"And I forgot. Where’s the crime in that?" I felt myself getting agitated by all of these reminders. I wasn't their pet, I was a person who wanted a fun night out.

My body stiffened and the hairs on my body rose as spikes against the ceiling. I felt him behind me, his breath fanned my neck and his hand grabbed roughly around my waist.

  "Let’s go." He said.

"Anna’s in the bathroom, I'm not leaving without her,"

"Too bad." He grabbed my arm and pulled me after him.

  "No! Let go of me!"

I pulled my arm free but Kade grabbed my waist and pulled me into his body.

"Do you have idea how badly this could've gone?"

"No, because you’re withholding things from me so how the hell was I supposed to know?"

Our eyes searched each other and he leaned down to my ear.

"You don’t have to do that," I said and smiled.

"I want to," he brought up a scone and put on all the fixens.

We sat there talking all morning and ate our breakfast. Only when we had to, which was when Kade’s eyes glazed over and he received a mind link, did we stop.

He sighed and slowly removed the cover from his body.

"I gotta go, pack business but I'll be done around six and I'll take you out," he leaned down and placed a kiss on my cheek before leaving.

I ate another strawberry and when the door closed I started excitingly jumping in the bed and slimming my arms back and forth. This giddy feeling that engulfed me was causing every nerve in my body dance in happiness and though I was sore I wanted to move every muscle. I was happy, so damn happy.

I took a shower and got dressed. Just as I walked outside into the hallway I saw Cara passing by.

"Hey, have you seen Anna?" I asked her and she smiled.

"She’s practicing, said she wanted to join our warriors so I said why not. Are you interested?"

I saw someone walking down the stairs, it was a warrior in his gear but I recognized him. He was one of the leaders so what was he doing upstairs?

"Uhm maybe tomorrow, yeah?" I said and Cara smiled before walking off to the field to join the others.

I walked up the stairs and leaned over the railing. I saw someone else up there on the top floor, he was holding something. Another warrior walked down and gave me a quizzical look but I smiled and he bowed his head before continuing down.

I couldn't help my curiosity over the fifth floor. It was so secretive and with nothing else to do I figured why not? Kade had promised to tell me everything about the werewolves from the club later tonight when everyone was free so I knew I'd get answers.

Which only left more room for me to wonder what the hell that was up there.
