"Supreme One, you're not planning to buy nuclear weapons, are you?" Drakaria asked in shock.

"That's exactly it." Sebastian snapped his fingers in confirmation.

Even though Drakaria had already suspected it, hearing Sebastian admit it left him stunned.

"Supreme One, why would you want to buy something like that? We don't really need it," Drakaria said in confusion.

Nuclear weapons were mainly for deterrence. If Supreme Nexus acquired one, it would likely just sit there as a symbol.

"In this world, we don't need them, but taking them elsewhere? That's a whole different story," Sebastian said, his tone carrying deeper meaning.

"You plan to take them to the Perpetual World," Drakaria said in realization.

Sebastian nodded. The Perpetual World was vast and sparsely populated, with many large factions nestled in the mountains. Using nuclear weapons against them wouldn't risk harming innocents.

Of course, he wouldn't resort to using them unless it was against truly despicable and evil groups, like the Harmonia Sect.

Sebastian looked at Drakaria and continued, "There are two more things I need you to handle. First, assemble a special forces unit. You don't need too many people—just a hundred will do. But they must be expert marksmen who are capable of skillfully handling rocket launchers and similar weapons."

"That's easy. I guarantee that we'll get it done," Drakaria assured him confidently.

"Second, you need to find a successor to take over your position. In a couple of days, I'll be bringing you all to the Perpetual World," Sebastian added.

"No problem. Thank you, Supreme One!" Drakaria immediately knelt down alongside Armina, overwhelmed with gratitude.

After leaving Elsia, Sebastian didn't return to Supreme Nexus right away. Instead, he headed out to sea, intending to visit Coreland again and bring Shadow with him.

Even though he had seen many flying beasts in the Perpetual World, he still felt that Shadow was exceptional. Shadow's flying speed outmatched many level three monsters, and his combat abilities were formidable.

Sebastian boarded a ship, but as he neared his destination, he quietly slipped off and swam through the sea. Since he didn't know the exact location, he could only wander while holding the Seraphic Tear Pendant.

After a few hours of searching, he finally triggered a whirlpool, which immediately sucked him in.

As he had expected, when he reappeared, he found himself once again in the underground abyss' river. The last time he had come here, he had passed out and been carried away by the current.

This time, however, his physique had grown ten times stronger than before, so he remained conscious. He shot out of the abyss and hovered in mid-air, gazing into the distance toward the capital city and the direction of the Netherworld Sect.
