"Sebastian, I'm scared," Zoey whispered as she clung tightly to Sebastian.

"Don't worry. There's nothing dangerous here," Sebastian reassured her softly. He held her hand as they continued forward.

Rainey, Drakaria, and Armina followed closely behind, with Joseph and the hundred-person special forces team trailing even further back. Meanwhile, Shadow flew low overhead, keeping watch.

While Sebastian remained calm, the others couldn't shake their nervousness. The atmosphere of the place was too eerie, with a layer of mist hanging in the air, making the sun look hazy and dim.

Despite their fears, everyone pressed on as they felt reassured by Sebastian's presence. Very soon, they successfully made it through the forbidden ground.

Once they left the cursed area, however, it was Sebastian who began to feel tense. He knew that the surrounding forest was home to many dangerous beasts, and he was certain that there were level-four monsters lurking here. Encountering such creatures would result in heavy casualties among them.

Thus, Sebastian chose not to let Shadow fly and instead continued to walk with the group on the ground. He released his spiritual sense, keeping a close watch on any movement around them.

The journey to Maple Leaf City went without incident. As they neared the city, Sebastian instructed the others to wait while he ran ahead to the city. Once there, he quickly purchased 20 mystic cranes.

He didn't take Shadow with him, as he sensed that Shadow hadn't yet fully matured. Additionally, bringing Shadow along would attract too much attention, so he decided to leave it behind at Chimes Tower.
