"You shameless scoundrel!" Lana was furious as her entire being was seething with rage.
Lucian laughed wickedly. "Shameless? You think this is shameless? Just wait until my son and I have you in bed. Then, you'll learn what true shamelessness means."
"How dare you insult Mrs. Wilder! You're asking for death!" Drakaria's anger boiled over.
"What? You're gonna do it?" Lucian sneered, full of disdain. As a powerful nine-star Lesser Deity Master, he didn't see a demigod-level weakling like Drakaria as any threat. Despite The Crowned Dominion's thousands of soldiers equipped with enhanced pistols, they were meaningless to him.
While the pistols were formidable, they posed no real danger to someone of his caliber, who could easily dispatch Lana and the others without breaking a sweat.
Drakaria understood this clearly. Although he was burning with fury, he had no choice but to swallow his pride.
Seeing this, Merrick grew even more arrogant. He sneered while pointing to Lana, Cassandra, and Stephanie. "Don't bother waiting for that guy to come back. Mr. Guggenheim, Gaudium Sacred Ground's seventh elder, is one of the top figures in the Intermediate Deity Realm.
"Killing that punk is a walk in the park for him. If you ladies have any sense, come over here and serve us now. Treat us right, and we'll keep you as our pets. Otherwise, you'll be sent off as camp toys for thousands of soldiers, until you're thoroughly satisfied."
"You bastard, I'll kill you!" Drakaria could no longer hold back. He quickly raised his gun, ready to fire.
But Lucian was prepared. With a wave of his hand, a terrifying wave of energy exploded forth. With a resounding boom, Drakaria was blasted backward while spewing blood.
"Drakaria, are you alright?" Lana and the others rushed to his side in concern.
"I'm fine," Drakaria said as he struggled to stand. His gaze burned with fury as he looked at Lucian.
"Oh, still daring to glare at me? You're courting death!" Lucian sneered, preparing to strike again.
"Stop!" A sharp voice resounded from the city gate. Though not loud, it carried an undeniable authority.
"Honey! It's Sebastian's voice!" Lana exclaimed excitedly.
"Lucian, you must be tired of living!" Sebastian descended from walking on air. He was radiating an overwhelming aura of killing intent.
Lucian and the others immediately turned pale. Lucian quickly forced a smile and said, "Supreme Lord Sebastian, please calm down. Mr. Guggenheim won't let this slide if he finds you. You should leave quickly. Once he returns, you won't be able to escape."
"Even if I leave, I'll kill you first," Sebastian said icily.
Lucian and his companions were terrified. Their faces were draining of color. Then, Lucian tried to placate him, "Supreme Lord, I can help you manage Aruna City. Spare me, please."
Just then, Lana rushed over. "Honey, Lucian and Merrick insulted me earlier and hurt Drakaria. You can't let them go."
Stephanie was fuming as she added, "Supreme Lord, these people are scum. When they thought you were gone, they tried to bully us. They shouldn't get off easy!"
"It's all a misunderstanding!" Lucian chuckled nervously. "I always knew that the Supreme Lord was blessed with luck and would be fine."
"Honey, he's lying!" Lana said angrily.
