Just as a group of disciples from the Gaudium Sect prepared to strike, Sebastian suddenly shouted for them to stop.

Gage smiled mockingly. His chin was slightly raised, and his eyes were filled with contempt. "Are you scared now? Well, it's too late for that."

"You're mistaken. I'm not scared, but I have a question for Mr. Lockhart." Sebastian turned to Luther. "Will you intervene in my conflict with the Gaudium Sect?"

Gage scoffed. "Brat, you think too highly of yourself. Why would Mr. Lockhart bother with you?"

Sebastian ignored him and smiled at Luther.

Luther nodded and said, "I won't."

"Is that true under any circumstances?" Sebastian pressed.

Luther nodded again.

With that, Sebastian had no more reservations. He turned to Lillian and Gina as he raised his hands to gesture for them to stop. "This is between the Gaudium Sect and me. Whatever happens, the both of you must not interfere."

"I want to fight with you." Gina's eyes were resolute as she stepped forward.

Lillian said nothing, but her gaze mirrored Gina's resolve.

"I don't need your help. Your involvement will only distract me. Got it?" he replied firmly.

The group struck at once. Their weapons lashed out with fierce energy and crashed down on Sebastian like a violent storm.

Swords flashed with cold light, sharp and deadly. Blades sliced through the air with unstoppable force. Spears thrust forward, casting layers of shadows, and each brimmed with power.

Sebastian moved like a ghost as he darted through the air with uncanny agility.
