As they were talking, a maid came to announce that Queena had arrived.

A smile immediately spread across Cheryl's face as she eagerly went to greet her. "She's finally here! With her treating her, Mom's legs are sure to recover!"

She met Queena at the door, and the two shared an embrace. "Queena, thank you so much for making this trip!"

Queena smiled with grace and poise. "We're friends, aren't we? Don't mention it."

Nelson also came forward to greet her. His attitude toward this renowned medical prodigy was far more respectful than it had been toward Anastasia.

After some pleasantries, they went to see the family matriarch.

Cheryl instantly felt a wave of relief. That was a close call. She had almost considered asking Anastasia to come back and try again. Thank goodness she had asked first!

After seeing Queena off, Nelson fretted for a long time before reluctantly deciding to call Bruno.
